Discussion: Controller?

We dont have controllers for all events but don't like to admit it. The driving force is to put on events no matter what:-((

Yes. Provide controllers, halve the number of events. Might send a message though. Our other problem is that some entrants expect perfection in events rather than taking the long view that we need to encourage new course setters. We agreed tonight to further reduce our offering of normal line events by another 4 to 16. That's down from about 23 or so before covid. Introducing some events with no results on the web. Maybe this will lower expectations.
