Not as yet. Focusing on the cycling to get the knee stronger. Will give it a go in the next week or so.
Saw the doc yesterday and he gave the knee a clean bill of health after pushing and prodding and twisting it for a while. So be back on the run fairly soon. But I must say that I am really enjoying the road riding these days. A former top Canberra club cyclist, Jared Greenville, recently joined the OECD and we head out a couple of mornings a week. He is polite enough to slow down to my slower pace, and it makes for a very good workout for me :-). Good to be cycling with a fellow Canberran ...
Yeh that sounds great. Something like that is enough to sway into cycling for a while. Especially with the knee recovery. Maybe as the knee recovers get Jared running? ;-)
Jared already heads out for runs and is training at around 3.55-4 min per km :-). He is a bit fit ...
