sorry to hear. sounds bad. the bike is your friend! as you said no wonder it hurts! how does a donedeon develop? a fall or repetitive injury?

Wear and tear. I had an arthroscopy to repair the same knee, and same meniscus, 7 years ago. That operation bought another few years of good running so hopefully this will do the same. I still have the NY marathon in the back of my mind, but that may be wishful thinking :-). In the meantime, it is just as well that summer is on its way and it will be pleasant for cycling!

Just saw the typo. Should have been MRI done on my knee. Although I think that donedeon sounds like an impressive medical condition!

haha re typo! It sounded like I should know what it is.... NY marathon does sound ambitious but a mans got to have dreams. Saw Prosseri orienteering yesterday! Wonders never cease (both that he went orienteering and I was there at the same time!)

Am heading over to Canberra from 15-24 June. I won't be up for a run, but perhaps we can catch up for a morning coffee at teh new place at Aranda shops?
