any dissection of what injury is?

i had an arthroscopy to repair the medial meniscus in eth knee about 7 years ago. Looks like the repair job needs another repair job according to the MRI. The non-surgical option is to try some of this synthetic synovial fluid that can act as a lubricant when the cartilage is worn away. It involves an injection of this stuff into the knee directly. They routinely prescribe it to older folks with arthritis - my Mum had it done this year and swears by it. I will give this a go which means that I am definitely joining the ranks of the oldies now!

yeh that sounds like you are getting old. ;) I know Warren (Key) used to swear by glucosine (?) tablets for his knee but that only worked for 4 years or so and now his running is limited.
