Run in the setting sun, somehow timed it perfectly so East rock was covered in twilight as I was heading up it. Legs were a little sore from telemark jumps yesterday. I adjusted my shoelaces to go into the holes right near the ankle so my heel is more secure, and it has made it possible for me to actually run on the balls of my feet, which I couldn't do before because my heel didn't fit tight enough in the shoe. I don't know why I hadn't thought of adjusting the laces earlier.

Various strength, including running up the steps of PWG once. I did about 3 minutes of plyos to see if my Achilles could handle it and it felt fine, so I may try doing at least part of the Gympa routine soon.

Run to Wilbur Cross track via Science Hill, Orange street, up East Rock via steps, down to river trail waterfall, back via St. Ronan street.

Five 2 to 3 minute intervals, two on the track, one all the way up East rock step route, one on St. Ronan street, one through campus. I was originally planning to do a track workout but a couple started making out intensively on the stands and I didn't want to stay around. My legs are feeling strong from all the bike trainer work but I need to do more intervals, I felt a little out of shape.
