Ski from my house up Tour trail to Hillside trails, around first half of Spencer loop, then back the same way. Between 0 and 5 degrees, so a little cold, but perfect kick with one layer of green wax!
Skate skiing from my house up the Tour trail, around the lighted loop and the Besh loop and down the gasline, back the same way. About 12 degrees and about an inch of powder on the trail in some spots so the skiing was a little slow.

Ultimate frisbee in about a foot of snow. 1:30 of frisbee but probably about 30 min of time actually running.

Rockgympa, then some ab exercises and two sets of calf raises, pushups, pullups, chinups, dips, and squat jumps.
The skiing must have caught up to me. I slept 9 hours and I was still tired so I slept another two and a half hours in the afternoon. I'm still feeling crummy now - I think a rest day will help me start fresh tomorrow.
