I wanted to do an 'epic' training today, or at least something pretty physical. But I felt a little pinch in my left leg yesterday, so running didn't seem smart. Biking was the next logical choice.
Took the BART out to North Concord, and biked back home from there. Skirted the edge of Lime Ridge, Moraga, and a couple little parks along the way. Covered about 35 miles, and ate a giant 12-inch sub sandwich. (They fit nice in the spare water bottle cage...)
