Hiking with Darcy in Avalon, Actually I was GPS'ing the trails. My GPS got full so I had to cut the hike short which made Darcy Happy.

For some reason we didn't have a bunch of people show. It was good as I played the entire game. We had one sub and he was hurt so didn't play except when someone really needed a rest. I also go to play 1/2 back instead of defense. I got a lot of running time.
The other team had 7 subs to our 1. It was going to be a good game. I played well and so did the rest of of team. We got off to a good start and were up 3-1. The second half we started getting slower but were still running hard. We even scored a goal while playing a person short due to a yellow card. Unfortunately the other team was able to battle back and tie the game. Overall, I was still happy with our performance.

There was a lot of climb. It started by going straight up hill. It was slow going.

Ran the short sprint course. I hung the streamers so I knew where everything was but I had to spend time taking down the streamer at each control.

I started out ok but then started having bathroom issues. I slowed down and was ok so kept going for the planned distance. I was able to run the last mile and was pleased with the time.

Did a run after soccer practice. The first 1/4 mile I was fine then I started feeling tired. Once I settle into a pace everything was ok. Started worrying about cramps towards the end but finished fine. I drove the distance to see how far it was. Worked out perfect at just over 3 miles.
