Soccer (Indoor) 20:00 [4]

First day I will claim not injured anymore. Chest is still sore but no more than the rest of my body now. I am stiff after yesterdays soccer game. I played well tonight. Almost got hurt again when other team tried to push his way through my chest again. Fortunately I was able to get my arms up and protect my chest.

First real exercise since being hurt. Chest still a little bit sore but playable. Didn't run real hard. Played well but was cramping up by the end.

For the first time ever, instead of me jogging with Darcy, Darcy jogged with me. Darcy slowed down to run my hurt pace. Easy mile up and back.
