Note

Felt really cheerful after all my activity today...but later I feel pain in a different spot in my back. I'm worried that we have been doing all exercises focused on fixing sciatic pain caused by stenosis, and that these have possibly done some harm to the herniated disc injury. I could be over-thinking things, of course.
