Going to start weighing myself each morning just to track my progress over a two week period. I suspect that Thursdays through to Sundays are big food days for me - Thursday night food hall, Friday pub lunch, usually dinner at a restaurant or cafe on either Friday or Saturday night and a cafe lunch on Saturday.
Sunday morning will still be the official yard stick.

Thursday night walk with John, Ros and Jim. This time around the two bridges - Garratt Rd and Redcliffe from home and back. Jim sets a cracking pace and I think Ros felt it a bit but she perservered. It's hard to reign Jim in sometimes. :-)
