SL5 - Long Distance at Astley's Tower, Kitchener.
What's the point having 6 fastest splits when you lose 9 mins on two other controls (5 & 11 which were both in the same part of the map)? Also, by taking a dumb route choice on the long leg from 7 to 8, I gave myself at least 40m extra climb which I promptly had to lose again. Despite all this enjoyed the course, oh to be more consistent!.
