Some O training with P and the girls. Trotted around marking the ‘race’ course then did two sprinterval course, first one chasing Serena (unsuccessfully) and the second one with Serena chasing me (success on this one).

If you thought C1 was bad enough trying to make sense of the '3D' mapping, it was bordering on simple compared to C13. After two attempts at trying to get to it (a one stage I could practically touch but had a tape barrier between it and me) I was on the verge of giving up when I finally worked out which steps I had to go up to then go down another set of stairs. The other controls were very straightforward by comparison. At least others had a worse time!
