4x1200m I intervals on grass in 4:27, 4:30, 4:30 and 4:37. I think overnight muscle glycogen depletion caught up with me on the fourth one. Nice to know I can go faster under better (dryer and lighter) conditions than my last such workout. Otherwise, I'd be concerned about overtraining.
