Red course at Pine Lane. beautiful day, beautiful wildflowers. Again, about half an hour in, the climb got to me and i didn't have much in the tank. Stopped to take photos of pawpaw. Rocklites gave some neuroma discomfort on hard trails and sidehills.
Vigor ~6-7 until 30 minutes
