watching Tour de France 2001; It's been a very difficult week for me - a lot of work (including this 50Ft high building today), estimates; tried my best to squeeze some time for my family and training; got injured - first badly pulled my shoulder at work (it was killing me for the last few days), stretched my lower back yesterday while lifting the materials (couldn't even walk without pain - but got a bit better today after constant stretching and massage), finally I hit my fingers with the old window sash today - it was a lot of blood. I have to take it easy now because it just too much pressure to handle
