Was taking pics in the morning on middle which was exhausting at some point. 2pm is not a good time to start for me. I was feeling sleepy.

Beginning was awful. I messed first 2 controls. Then picked up and the rest was fine. Had to stop a few times though.

WU before the race. Achilles is a bit sore. Wanted to practice some orienteering the day before but came home from work too late

Tried to be careful on the rocks. Had some compressions any way. Beginning was a bit sloppy. At some point I wasn't sure where I am. Then mostly little bubbles and stops (looking down too much). It didn't feel like all out but HR shows different
