Feeling pretty bad from a cold that came on yesterday afternoon. Gagging on snot for the last half. Even walked a little on the last hill.

5:32/k after adjusting for hills, so I guess it was OK.

Goal was 5:06/k, but the neighborhood is hilly, so went off fast and tried to maintain. Actual was 5:15, but 5:00 adjusted for hills. So maybe I got the adaptation desired.

Haven't run in the neighborhood for a while and didn't have much time this morning and it was raining, so I thought what the heck. OCD kicked in big-time and tried to find 8k without using the same road in the same direction twice. Mission accomplished!
