Another long ski on sunday before leaving. Overcast, but still fantastic snow conditions. A very long climb the first 3rd made this a little tougher than the previous days. Was very tired at the end, so a great week-end.

Saturday morning and clear skies again. Tone and I decided to do a very long loop north. Absolutely fantastic skiing, gasp! Time is effective, we were actually out about 5 hours in total, but made a bunch of shorter and one longer stop.

Before dinner I headed out on my own for a little faster, tougher trip. Kept up a better pace than I expected considering the long ski earlier.

Friday afternoon. Tone and I arrived in Sjusjöen to -5 degC, clear skies and a sun just starting to go down. So we hurried out to the tracks and had a wonderful ski.

Indoor track intervals. 2 lap speed-up, 8 x 3 min, 1.5 min rest between, then 4 minute jog and 4 x 200m at max. Felt sluggish but got better as the session went. Not totally spent but tired enough. Fun to run a few intervals with William, he is really coming along.

Headlamp ski at Tuggelite. Golf course plus the gravel roads towards Hultsberg. Heaven!

Run to Tyrgympa, lots of nice crunchy snow and very cold which felt really good after the mild grey weather we have been having.
