Run warm up/down 30:00 [1]

before and after intervals at the indoor track

Run intervals 45:00 [4]

Indoor track intervals. 2 lap speed-up, 8 x 3 min, 1.5 min rest between, then 4 minute jog and 4 x 200m at max. Felt sluggish but got better as the session went. Not totally spent but tired enough. Fun to run a few intervals with William, he is really coming along.
