The run to the faster runs, between tempo runs and the run back from the faster run to the non run. One big brown fox runs in front of me for 20 meters, then he gives up.

Flying, almost. Good speed on the good trails around Dennings Point. They cut some fallen trees. Maybe they will also cut the high grass on the trail.
I see some great looking black raspberries, but I can't stop in the middle of the tempo run to check them out. I got to go back another time, maybe I get a few pounds. Home made raspberry sauce is the ultimate doping. Forget Powergels and blood doping and growth hormones. Berry soup is the way to go.
