Mapping 54:45 [3] ** 5.9 km (9:17 / km)

Summer sprint series #3 on new map at north end of Rideau River, Stanley Park and Rideau Falls. Fairly easy course but with lots of controls, and long. Still a couple of mistakes, run past #7 almost to #8 before turning back, and trapped at #30 before realized I had to turn back and around forbidden area on the way to #31. Good turnout again and lots of people staying for beer and food on the Royal Oak patio at Beechwood after the race.
