Nice to sit down at a bench at 34.1km and just face the sun. Skiing weather can't get much better than that.

Plan was to do even longer but energy level went down quite early. Some part with kookoo.
Antsan kiemurat was great fun. Flew off the classic grooves twice but stayed upright. If somebody can stay on those grooves (within the next few days) I'll buy him/her kisamakkara next summer.

Started with idea of 5 times 1000m with start every 6min but half way the first 1000m the knee got quite bad. And after ½ min in the finish it got so bad that I decided to do Riku Marttinen movements instead.

Monday long with Assu, Hämis, jusbet and kookoo.
SM Yö meeting took so long that I had to run full speed to Bullis. Almost saw Bullis when I slipped quite hard and right calf strained a bit. Warm muscles made it possible to continue.
Seems I shouldn't have continued. 1h after run right knee was unable to bend in stairs.
