I am going to start logging again. Unfortunately I had a lot of problems with my hips the last couple weeks which was most likely due to some form/muscle imbalance issues. I think this has been a long term issue so I am lifting a lot and seeing a physical therapist to figure it out. My goal is to race states at the end of cross country and to finally fix whatever problem I have with my form/muscles.
