Really hard workout. Was supposed to be 3x2k with 4 mins rest at 5k pace, then 4x600m with 90 seconds rest at 3k pace. I got through the 2nd 2k and I just couldn't do a third so I just did the 600s. Definitely feeling beat from this week both from the weather and the training.
