Gym 40:00 [3]

Rhonda's little circuit workout with her 6am fan club

Running 20:00 [3] 2.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Road run with the 6am gang. Foot real sore after 'goat.

Note

A fine and unusual bird sighting at a temporary pond down the road. A red phalarope had gathered a large phalanx of scopes and binocular toting enthusiasts. Also there were 6 greater yellowlegs and a least sandpiper. The red phalarope is an ocean going bird who spends his summers in the tundra. Why is he here? Birds have wings. Must keep my cats away. One of them snagged a downy woodpecker today, to its great and permanent distress.
