Newy parkrun. Started well and fast but legs turned to lead after 3ks and I backed off. Pretty slow to finish. Legs not too sore though which is good!

Very easy run with my mate but got through it alright with no pain, just a few little niggles. Tomorrow will be a test.

Ints at the track with Rob, Nic, Sal and coach Josh. 400's but I was going easy to look after my calf. Except I couldn't resist sticking with Rob for an int, which we did 64 for. Pulled the pin after 5 because my calf was beginning to not feel so good. A bit frustrating. Might force myself to rest until the weekend.

Ride after work. Calf felt a bit niggly but didn't really get any soreness til the end and it wasn't bad. Something definitely not right in there though.

Run in Glenrock with Josh, Nic, Rob and Kas. Left calf still hurting while I run but not anytime else. Took a slight shortcut with Josh while we hurting. A few more days rest needed I think.
