Warm up out to over by triumf, then back to the track.

Intervals 8:50 [5] 2.4 km (3:41 / km)

Six times 400 meters with Thomas and Nate. Felt sluggish, have not been sleeping well and I guess I have not been recovering (or does stress cause you not to recover as well?) or maybe I need to be more careful to take my iron! Ate late, so stomach a bit full.

Warm up

Orienteering 38:00 [4]

WET at Central park, fun - but I was tired after a bit of a lack of sleep for the last while. Hard to push, I would try, but then I would just settle back to a fastish run pace.
