Pt - 1 legged squats with bar (toe of other foot by heel can take sone weight), calf raises with weight, plus some ankle and core stuff.

I was interested in running woc, since it's so close... apparently not signing the hpp papers and such at the beginning of the year means they won't consider you though. Would have made a good relay team...
