Fairly happy with that. Wasn't completely smooth but nothing significant, biggest time loss was probably to 17 where I didn't take a great route.

Flats were not a great choice of shoe today. Twice I had to run past the control and come back because it was on a slope and surrounded by mud and probably lost some seconds on way to the last control. That said I wasn't happy with wearing Nviis (achilles injury risk) or x-talons (slippy on wet concrete). Need to invest in some different shoes.

Probably the most wiggly/intense course I've run at Loughborough, not many times you could get up to full speed (or so it seemed).
