Garmin called it 3 x Tempo 7/2, but it's really more like 3 x Moderate Intervals 7/2. Good for me (particularly on the 0.783mi Underroad Loop because of the variable interval climb), hard hard hard in the brutal 90F/97F feels-like-humidity.
