Barefoot for short version of Carrington loop on lovely balmy evening
Bindies are back in places (pick up a few sore ones that needed stopping to remove)
Enjoyed lift the tempo in patches
Knee seemed better than last day, perhaps something to do with W/U from pilates beforehand?

Have been falling out of the habit of doing core and glute work at home so really felt this one.

Home from Uni
Warrabrook footbridge + exploring back streets in hilly part of Mayfield
Will soon be getting too warm for middle of day running again.

Note: Feeling the DOMS setting in glutes afterwards, esp R side.
