Local minor event at Sugarloaf.
Game of two halfs: The easy running sharp navigation part and the fast paced mistake laden part. Both were enjoyable for different reasons.
Barefoot until half way point in CW carrington - islington loop
Took the notion to do a fartlek on the return journey; 2 lamposts on/off to begin gradually getting longer and more intense.

Faffed with the equipment briefly, then gave up, and just did my own normal stuff.

Middle of the day swim; the first swim in ages
Only 500m to ease into it.
v slow as should be expected. Still 70-75s / lap even for the half with flippers on.
