Local minor event at Sugarloaf.
Game of two halfs: The easy running sharp navigation part and the fast paced mistake laden part. Both were enjoyable for different reasons.

May write more if I have time later.

Note: Swoops nearing end of their days.

Barefoot until half way point in CW carrington - islington loop
Took the notion to do a fartlek on the return journey; 2 lamposts on/off to begin gradually getting longer and more intense.

Stopped at the new outdoor exercise equipment in islington park.
Faffed with the equipment briefly, then gave up, and just did my own normal stuff.
(push ups / 100s etc)

Middle of the day swim; the first swim in ages
Only 500m to ease into it.
v slow as should be expected. Still 70-75s / lap even for the half with flippers on.
