Note

6.5 hours of paintball with Stone, Price, BB, Carey, and Petrone at the annual Ontario Scotch Hydrology and Paintball Workshop on 30 Island Lake near K-town. This year our group graduated from sling shots to guns (sorry markers). I was armed with Wil's kill machine and it was awesome (thanks Wil). BB (the only vegetarian in the group) once again was the guy to watch out for winning the duel competition and nailing the shepherd in the mouth. I took out Stone with a head shot even though he was on my team.

# of kills? Many - most definately in the Jack Bauer would have been proud territory. A winter workshop is in the works. First call for abstracts goes out next week.

Overall a great weekend and I even survived the Scotch portion this year with six most excellent single malts making the rounds - Ibrought the peat monster.

TNH: Tuesday nite hobbling with Sudden (he ran intervals, I hobbled) on the Bruce trail. I then had some lady on a bike tell me that if my pain was beyond a 3 or 4 out of 10 that I should stop because she said "it looks like you are suffering".
