Lane Cove NP. Big Foot loop,but it needs more pink tape. Right knee went after 4.5km - too many rocks and steps.
Longest run since September 2011.

Glenrock Park, Newcastle. 2 loops; "Kennys, Dr Suess, Snakes and Ladders, Seismick, Rhythm Section, Pump Action, Reload". Did High Roller on Loop 1, BJ-It happens on Loop 2. Nice track, great morning for it. Not as many unclips as at Awaba.
