Loree Forest Adventure Run
Well, that was just fantastic. Very happy to be a part of the first South GBay crew race, particularly as a competitor!
The organization was top tier - I know not many will notice, but it was clear how much work had been put into it to make sure it was a smooth event.
As far as the run went, I just folded the map in half and visited all the CPs in a rough clockwise direction.
Running off-trail was no issue on the body, but I was VERY hesitant with how slippery the ground was. Really looking forward to 'racing' again at some point as opposed to 'participating'.
Congrats to Bash and all the crew. Can't wait for the next one.

5x25 sec up/down OH squat, up to 85lb. Spicy.

Every 2.5mins, 400m run -> max OH squats at 85 (5,5,5,5,12)

Calf still a little funky on the road, so subbed in bike after round 1.

Legs feeling weak, but 185lb wasn't terrible.

Gonna dropping down to just 3 crossfit classes a week to run and lift more, so I'm gonna start logging them again.
Partner WOD with Jamie - 5 rounds of skipping, toes 2 bar, snatching and assault biking.
Very happy to hit an easy snatch @ 165lb at the end of the workout. Goal is to get back over 200 by the end of the year.
All the ankle tendons and stuff were v. sore getting out of bed.
