actually it was part of the whole run, but just wanted to measure the speed and give some work for my heart.

skipped morning run. Needed some sleep.
Overall: don't feel good at all.. No energy. Hope to recover before Vilnius 2007..
some strange pain below left knee: don't feel it after warmup.

Vilnius O Thursday 6th tour.
Started quite well, got lost on 7th CP which was.. I wouldn't plan it myself in that location.. after that was swearing next third of the course and run slowly. Got better at the end. Overall: very bad race, few lessons to learn for the future..

~330m 50 m climb
average time was 1.40 down and 2.20 up
did last one in full speed 1.25/1.49
checked weight before and after run, difference was 1 kg..
