Disaster
I started without any kind of focus, i was worried for my calf, but it was only pain after a hard massage. I was taking a direction and only running, not thinking. Anyway my legs were done, the terrain was shit (not gona lie) the course boring, almost all the time the same kind of legs, and if you loose the motivation it become a thought task to finish.
