Cranked it all the way up to 7.1 m/h, then felt super tired (that weird blood taste in the mouth), so cool it down. then hoped on this sorta eliptical for another 10 min of something. I just thought if i made it to the Y I got to do at least 30 min of somthing.
ears: feeling better, but can't quite take the claritine + pseudophedrine cause I could not sleep too well last night. So I'll skip tonight and take it tomorrow morning.
