Crazy sore muscles!! Is this overachieving week? The time I workout this week doesn't seem like a lot (actually it seems like a very little :) I am still planning to crank it tonite at BP, but if I'm still in pain tomorrow, i may have to swicth to some very lame type exercise...

went all crazy bicep/tricep using first time the large plate. I know I'll pay for it, but I was lazying around for way to long. went easy on the back.

10 min only zumba after to catch up the concert.
