This isn't working - SORE legs - not the outcome I expected into week 2
I need to re-consider what I am dong here with this plan.
For example, these 20 minute "runs" ae really longer counting the before and after walsk. PLUS I am only 1 month into Marquee and 'walk around' here alot more than I ever did at Tolland. It all adds up to ???
On the plus side I am sustaining Z!, and don't have any pains above the soreness that's been consistent now since last Saturday.
I need to re-caibrate.
