Rode this morning exploring out welcome bay then out to papamoa bach all the way to the mount then turned around and rode back. Super sweaty and hot, and some really good hills!

Ran up Mt Maunganui with Tom and back down via some tracks and roud the base, Tom made me run over all the big rocks around the back of the mount for coast practice, it was fun! So dam hot though.
After that (40min) did 10min barefoot beach running then had a swim :)

Morning run around reserves in havelock. Felt pretty good once i got going, was a hard morning to get up.... HOT as 24degrees by the time i got back home....

Long run up the peak and around tracks up there then out to the other side of havelock. Via drinking fountain at HNHS.

Felt reasonable good. HOT weather

Usual Kayak in tuki, was feeling good, arms not as sore as sunday. last 20mins was a struggles as forgot to take water bladder.

Easy run with Naomi around trails in Havelock. was apprehensive about how this would feel as shins and knees very bruised and hurt to walk, but that was mainly ust from ground shock. Running was OK apart from downhill shocks.

Raukawa loop same as yesterday however a bit quicker and took off the mutiny road section. Legs were tired at the start but got into it and felt good at the end,
