Yikes, watch that knee and shoulder. The longer the hills in the hill workout, the better. Tomorrow do 3x1 mile in 8 min. Easy 4 Thurs and Sat. Try, try, try to do a run on Sun in which you do 6 miles consecutively under 9 min, with a 1-mile warm up.
