Marc told me there was a hill in Cambridge and I didn't believe him. So a final morning run, going to find the hill.

They're not very good at hills in Cambridge :)

The final day of the course, then a day with Rob in Cambridge, followed by a day trying not to be in Peterborough. And then back! Had a much more relaxing flight this time, and got back at a reasonable hour, but then spent the rest of the week finishing unpacking and building furniture in mega heatwave. Finally finish on Saturday. Happy to be settled in now!

Medium intensity by the river and then to the nice coffee shop, of course. The coffee was not as good today, although still a lot better than the pond water on offer at the conference. Good to get some fresh air before sitting on your bum for hours a day too.

Upper body band workout. I'm really getting the hang of these exercises now, and as a result they're getting harder. It's amazing how hard in fact! My hollow rocking is also much improved.

30 seconds on, 30 off, in two blocks of 6 with 4 minutes walk between. Highest heart rate in a long time. Loved it.
