Sandy's 5.6 km training loop on French Creek East, solo.

orienteering 40:41 [5] 6.9 km (5:54 / km)

Same loop, with Brad and Mark V., but each alternately taking the "optimal" route as fast as possible for comparrison and to see how few features we are able to collect when going this fast. Ran out of water. Very hot and humid.

work commute. Headwind in morning, tailwind in afternoon...very nice ride. Need to replace the rear deraileur cable, as about half of the strands have split.
