planned 4x200 intervals out of start block position, after first one tight at 100m so modified workout to 6x100 with 100 walking rest inbetween . . . felt great the first 5 reps. 6th rep . . . pulled left ham right out of the blocks, pulled the plug . . . icing . . . oh well, not sure what I did wrong.
