1x800: no time, just 80% perceived effort. felt so terrible in the humidity, I'm not into suffocation fantasies. Seriously considering pulling the plug on the 15 this Monday. Is it worth the pain to gain the motivation to train?
3x400 (4 min rest): 1:36, 1:40, 1:41 . . . if this is any indication, the 1500 next Monday is really gonna hurt. I even considered dropping out of the race during one of these reps. that's never a good sign. 75% humidity.
