this is a mini version of the workout for the high school, except they do about 10x800, haha. it's part of the initial 1K loop, start at the bottom of the hill at the xc start line, head up the hill all the way by the soccer field, loop around the little tree, then blast downhill back to the start, skip the final 200 meter finish up the hill. nice little loop. and feels good to end on the downhill and get some speed up. 2 reps is all I could handle.
