Note

knee is "still there", sort of chronically stiff, and clicking/ cracking a lot, like the alignment changed, and one of the muscles or ligaments in the back of the knee feels different. I can still do air squats and walk/ jog so it is not stopping me but still something to watch. weird.

somehow made it there 5 min early for the train . . . but had no perception of going faster, indeed I walked a bit, huh. perception is a weird thing, but the clock does not lie.
