Mtb ride from campsite at kenilworth.
dan decided that we would ride up some stupid mountain first, which ended up being a grannygear climb for about an hour... except for when we had to carry the bikes. not much fun.
but then after we camp back down we found some single track, so it was all ok again.

legs feeling a bit better today (about bloody time!). nearly getting back into the realms of an acceptable time for this run.

very slow recovery run to try and get my legs to stop hurting. seems to have worked a bit.
